Messages, arrival and communication
Guest messages and arrival arrangements.
How do I send a message to my guest?
Open “Messages” in the context of the selected property and reservation. The message should be short, clear and operational. For important arrangements use the Tripundo channel to keep the history related to the reservation.
When should I send instructions for arrival?
Please send them sufficiently before arrival and indicate the time of registration, the exact procedure of entry, the contact person and what the guest should do if he is late. Send entry codes only to the guest of the specific active reservation and do not put them in a public description.
Are the messages private?
They are not public to other users, but Tripundo may process them for service, support, dispute resolution, fraud prevention and legal compliance purposes. Do not ask a guest for a full card number, CVV, password or bank security code.
Can I contact a guest outside Tripundo?
Use your available phone or email only to manage your particular booking. Please confirm important arrangements through Tripundo messages. Do not use your contact information for marketing purposes without your appropriate consent.
What if the guest does not respond?
Send a clear message with the necessary action and deadline, then use the available contact from the booking. If the problem affects arrival, security, billing or no-show, contact support and save track of attempted contact.
