The Tripundo Platform, operated by TRIPUNDO d.o.o, enables users to search for and book accommodation, as well as to make electronic payment of the amount that is clearly shown to the user before confirming the reservation and initiating the payment transaction.
Delivery of goods and restrictions: The service of TRIPUNDO d.o.o. is provided electronically, without physical delivery of goods, in such a way that, after confirmation of the reservation, an electronic reservation confirmation is delivered to the user's registered email address, and after the payment transaction is carried out, a corresponding confirmation of its outcome. Pre-authorization and charging of the payment card are carried out within the deadlines and under the conditions specified in these Terms of Use and the terms of the specific reservation. Export restrictions and customs regulations do not apply to this type of service.
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – the dinar (RSD). For an informational display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion into it at the exchange rate used by the card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our website.

The user may submit a complaint regarding a reservation, charge, refund of funds or use of the Tripundo Platform via the stated customer service email. The complaint should contain the user's first and last name, the email address used at the time of booking, the reservation or order number, the date and amount of the transaction, as well as a description of the reason for the complaint. TRIPUNDO d.o.o. will confirm receipt of the complaint and notify the user of its outcome electronically, within the deadlines prescribed by applicable regulations.
If the complaint relates to the accommodation service itself, for which the accommodation service provider is responsible, TRIPUNDO d.o.o. will forward the complaint to the appropriate accommodation or direct the user to the procedure established by the Terms of Use. Complaints relating to card payment and any refund of funds are resolved in accordance with the cancellation rules, the rules of card operations and these Terms of Use.
The user is invited to submit the complaint without undue delay, as a rule no later than 24 hours from the planned check-in date, i.e. from the occurrence of the circumstance on which the complaint is based. This deadline does not limit the rights of the user arising from applicable regulations and payment system rules.
TRIPUNDO d.o.o. will confirm receipt of the complaint and begin processing it no later than 48 hours. Each complaint is considered individually, on the basis of reservation data, communication between the user and the host, data on the check-in/check-out process and other available evidence. TRIPUNDO d.o.o. may request additional information or documentation necessary for making a decision.
The Cancellation and Refund Policy and the General Terms of Business of TRIPUNDO d.o.o. apply accordingly to the complaint procedure.
On behalf of TRIPUNDO d.o.o. we undertake to protect the privacy of all our customers. We collect only the necessary, basic data about customers/users and the data necessary for business operations and informing users in accordance with good business practices and with the aim of providing a quality service. We give customers the option of choosing, including the option to decide whether or not they wish to be removed from the mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All data about users/customers is strictly protected and available only to employees who need this data to perform their work. All TRIPUNDO d.o.o. employees (and business partners) are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted over the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, as currently the most advanced cryptographic technology.
Data security during purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the entire charging process is carried out on the bank's pages. At no moment are the payment card data available to our system.
The refund of funds is carried out in accordance with the cancellation rules that apply to the specific reservation and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
In the case of a return of goods and a refund of funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, TRIPUNDO d.o.o. is obliged to make the refund exclusively via the VISA, Master, Maestro, Amex and Dina payment methods, which means that the bank, at the seller's request, will make the refund of funds to the card holder's account.
VAT is included in the price and there are no hidden costs.
At every step of the reservation or payment where the total amount to be paid is displayed, the following should appear:
