When will I see the charge, and when does Tripundo finally collect the funds?
After the D-5 charge, your bank displays the booking fee as a card charge. The funds are finally transferred to the Tripundo account no later than 24 hours after check-in.
Until then, the guest or host should report any issue related to that charge. The expiry of this Tripundo operational deadline does not remove any rights granted by law, card-scheme rules or bank rules.
