When is the booking fee charged?

If you book more than five days before arrival and the offer has a valid free-cancellation period, your card is securely verified and the booking fee is charged five days before arrival at 23:59, Serbia time (Europe/Belgrade). The exact charge date and time are shown before confirmation and in your booking details.

If you book five days or less before arrival, or the offer is already non-refundable, the booking fee is charged immediately and is non-refundable, unless the law, the applicable terms or an approved exception require otherwise.
